Return Policy

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

At Skandinaver we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. According to the Danish Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item.

How to use the right of withdrawal:
- Send us an email to kundeservice@skandinarver.no within 14 days of receiving the item. Please state your order number and reason for return (optional).

- You must return the item(s) no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping:

- Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

- We recommend that you send the package with tracking, as you yourself are responsible for the return item reaching us.

Refund:

- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
- Any shipping costs you paid upon purchase are not refundable.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

- Customized or specially produced goods (e.g. posters with personalized text or measurements) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
